Deb has been working at Lilydale Squash & Fitness Centre for over 20 years.  She has taught various group fitness classes and is now also providing personal training to clients.

Deb is passionate about health and fitness so if you need help to increase your cardio fitness, work on toning your body or making healthier choices in life, she would love to help you achieve your goals.

Deb looks forward to providing fun, varied and motivating training sessions to both individuals and small groups that suit your needs.

Leith has been a qualified personal trainer for over 20 years and working at Lilydale Squash & Fitness Centre for more than 18 years.

Leith has extensive experience working with athletes and has had articles published in the fields of Strength & Conditioning and Sports Science.

Leith is also passionate about working with children and helping them improve their fitness, balance, coordination, ball handling skills, hand eye coordination, posture through movement and weight loss. He also enjoys assisting the elderly improve their quality of life through increased strength, mobility, fitness and balance.

Tara has been involved in the fitness industry for over 4 years and is a qualified personal trainer.

Tara is passionate, committed and dedicated to being a better, stronger and healthier person by taking one stretch, one exercise and one day at a time.

Tara specialises in training women who may be battling with the demands of their busy lives and can create a flexible program to suit.  She trains young women, mothers and people with bone conditions.
