The
8 week challenge, take part in 3 small group exercise
sessions per week aimed at improving fitness levels.
There will be 2 teams - a morning team with sessions at 6.30am on
Tuesdays & Thursdays and a night team at 6pm also on Tuesdays
& Thursdays then everyone will get together at 8am Saturdays
for fitness & team challenges.
Sessions will include both indoor & outdoor challenges including
fitness tests, boxing, circuits etc.
You will be educated, supported & motivated by personal trainers
& nutritional specialists, while additional Personal Training
sessions will be offered to contestants at a discounted rate over
the 8 week period.
The winner will be the contestant who shows the greatest improvements
in their fitness over the 8 weeks, measured by fitness tests conducted
along the way.

Prizes
will be given to the winner as well as mystery prizes awarded throughout
the 8 weeks.
