Group Classes

Our Group Fitness Timetable offers a variety of classes with different training techniques, environments, and challenging workouts. You don’t have to be a professional dancer or a weightlifting expert; it’s all about getting your heart rate up and having a good time.

There are many benefits to group fitness classes, from building cardio endurance,  improving muscle tone and flexibility and having a motivated instructor guiding you for your entire workout. Classes are also a great way to also meet workout mates.
