Casual Visits to our Living Longer Living Stronger Classes & Older But Stronger Classes are just $7 per class or you can choose from our Living Longer Living Stronger Membership Options below. This membership gives you full use of the club between 11.30am – 4.00pm each day.

LIVING LONGER LIVING STRONGER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Strength Training – The best way to combat osteoporosis, loss of strength, weight gain, type 2 diabetes and low energy is to be involved in regular strength training.

Pilates – A progressive form of exercise which focuses on strengthening the body’s core to stabilize the spine, reduce back pain, tone the body and enhance everyday life.

Aqua – Our regular aqua program places emphasis on the social enjoyment and health benefits associated with low-moderate levels of physical activity.

Low Impact Circuit – A class combining low impact aerobic moves with hydraulic and cardio work stations. Go at your own pace, meet new friends and enjoy some old time rock n roll.

 

OLDER BUT STRONGER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
(caters for those less active or mobile than LLLS classes)

Water Exercise – Gentle exercises along with fun music will benefit each individual.  Work at your own pace for maximum enjoyment & personal well-being.

Land Exercise – Our group class caters for mature adults with medical conditions, balance problems or those limited with physical abilities.  Some seated exercises are included to cater for each individual.  Medical clearance advised for 1st time participants.
