Our Boxing classes are a high intensity training
regime adapted to form a safe, effective and fun form of exercise
suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
One of the most effective forms of cross-training available today,
it combines both the use of aerobic and anaerobic energy,
using both fast and slow twitch muscle fibre.
A typical class may involve shadow boxing, skipping, hitting pads
or punching bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs, sit-ups etc.
